Operatives, in detail.

How does attribution work?+
Every operative has a unique 8-character referral code. When someone clicks `?ref=<code>`, we set a first-party `oravio_op` cookie (30 days). Their signup, trial, and paid conversion are attributed to you for a 12-month window.
When do I get paid?+
Monthly. Payouts compute on the first business day of each month and clear T+5 business days. You receive credits in your Oravio balance, redeemable to fiat via Stripe Connect (1% cashout fee, opt-in).
Can I refer Enterprise customers?+
Yes. Enterprise referrals (>$50k ACV) use a one-time bounty model — typically $5k–$15k flat — instead of recurring commission. We don't stack recurring commission on multi-year Enterprise LTVs.
What countries can apply?+
Global, except sanctioned regions (Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk). Persona KYC is required at application from W5 onward — see the Operative Terms.
What disqualifies an applicant?+
Active employment at a direct competitor. Equity / advisor relationships with Oravio sponsors must be disclosed but are not automatically disqualifying — they auto-flag any referral involving that sponsor for admin review.
How does tier promotion work?+
Daily cron evaluates promotion criteria. Promotions are automatic; demotions carry a 30-day warning. Sustained reputation below 40 → status PAUSED (visibility hidden, existing commission streams continue). Sustained below 30 → TERMINATED.
Is there a public profile?+
Yes — your Affiliated Page at /operatives/[handle] becomes externally shareable 30 days after approval. It shows tier, region, specialties, anonymized GMV ranges, and sponsor endorsements. Use it as a credential anywhere.
What's the application timeline?+
Auto-screen runs in minutes (handle uniqueness, email deliverability, geo eligibility, AI-content detection). Human review by the founder or designated reviewer within 7 calendar days. Decision: Approved, Waitlisted with feedback, or Declined with a 90-day reapplication window.
Do I need to be a full-time BD operator?+
No. Many operatives are advisors, ecosystem connectors, KOL agency owners, or Web3 freelancers running BD as part of a broader practice. The application asks for proof of network and a 250-word brief on a recent intro you closed.
How is my reputation calculated?+
Weighted score from paid attribution rate (40%), tier-match rate of your referrals (30%), and sponsor satisfaction (30%). Recomputed weekly. Below 40 sustained 30 days triggers a pause — to keep the directory's quality floor.
