Oravio is a Web3 customer relationship management (CRM) platform that provides contact management, deal tracking, outreach tools, and third-party integrations for professional use. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oravio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
